No. ExhibitStampPro is entirely browser-based. It works on any modern browser on Mac, Windows, or Linux. No plugins, no desktop apps, no IT involvement required.
Most attorneys stamp their first exhibit within 5 minutes of signing up. Create a matter, set your jurisdiction and case number, upload a PDF, click Stamp. That is the entire process.
PDF only. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be stamped — remove the password protection before uploading. Maximum file size is 50MB per exhibit.
The stamp format is us-federal-box-v2 — a bordered rectangular box in the bottom-right corner of each page. Page 1 gets a large primary stamp (130×92pt) showing the party designation, EXHIBIT label, exhibit identifier, and case number. Subsequent pages get a smaller continuation stamp (92×32pt) with the same information.
Yes, at any time. ExhibitStampPro always stamps from the original uploaded PDF — the original is never overwritten. Clicking Re-stamp generates a fresh stamped version from scratch, regardless of how many times you have stamped before.
Your original PDF is stored separately from the stamped version and is never modified. You can download the original at any time from the exhibit detail view.
Yes. When creating a matter, set the Party Designation to PLAINTIFF'S, DEFENDANT'S, or JOINT. The stamp updates automatically to reflect the correct designation.
Yes. From the matter page, use the Re-stamp all option to regenerate every exhibit in the matter simultaneously — for example, after changing the case number or jurisdiction.
All 94 United States federal district courts, the Federal Court of Canada and provincial superior courts, Australian federal and state courts (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA), and UK High Court divisions including the Technology and Construction Court and Commercial Court.
Contact us at contact@exhibitstamppro.com with the court name and any specific formatting requirements. We add new jurisdictions regularly and prioritize requests from active subscribers.
Yes. Jurisdiction is set at the matter level, not the account level. Each matter can have a different jurisdiction, court, and party designation.
The Beta Plan includes 1 user, 5 active matters, 10 exhibits per matter, and 5 court packages per month — plus PDF stamping, re-stamping, court package export, and email support. Need more capacity? Contact us at contact@exhibitstamppro.com for expanded beta access.
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Beta Plan includes limits on active matters (5), exhibits per matter (10), and court packages per month (5). You will see a warning banner when you reach 80% of any limit. At 100%, you can still access all existing data but cannot create new matters, upload new exhibits, or export additional court packages until you contact us for expanded beta access. No data is ever deleted.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Yes — on the Litigation Team plan. The Bring Your Own Database (BYOD) option lets you connect ExhibitStampPro to your own Supabase project. Your documents never touch our infrastructure. See the self-hosted page for setup instructions.
Your data remains in your account in read-only mode. You can export your exhibit files and matter data at any time. We do not delete your data upon cancellation — contact us to request permanent deletion.
