ExhibitStampPro™ is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Service. We comply with the Israeli Privacy Protection Act 5741-1981 and its regulations ("PPPA"), the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), and applicable US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, organization name, and billing information when you register. Usage data: log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and features used, collected automatically. Document data: PDF files and metadata you upload to the Service. We treat all uploaded documents as confidential and do not process them for any purpose other than providing the Service. Communications: messages you send us via email or support channels.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: • Performance of a contract: to provide the Service you have subscribed to. • Legitimate interests: to improve the Service, prevent fraud, and maintain security. • Compliance with legal obligations: to comply with applicable law. • Consent: for marketing communications, where we have obtained your consent.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service updates); respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications (only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time).
5. Data Retention
We retain account information for the duration of your subscription and for 3 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted 30 days after account termination. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with: • Service providers (subprocessors) necessary to operate the Service — see our Subprocessors page. • Law enforcement or regulators, when required by applicable law. • Acquirers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you. We require all subprocessors to maintain appropriate security and confidentiality obligations.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. For transfers from the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. For Israeli users, we comply with the cross-border data transfer requirements of the PPPA.
8. Your Rights — EEA / GDPR
If you are located in the EEA, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; and object to processing based on legitimate interests. 9. Your Rights — California (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); correct inaccurate personal information; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. 10. Your Rights — Israel (PPPA)
Israeli residents have the right to access personal information held about them in our database, and to request correction of inaccurate information. Requests may be directed to contact@exhibitstamppro.com.
11. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. See our Security page for details. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
